Is Ferabotera safe for sensitive skin?

Our lab approved products have been repeatedly tested on diversified groups of individuals with sensitive skin. We always recommend patch testing new products and avoid use on broken or pre-irritated skin.

What does it smell like?

Our formula is lightly kissed with pure essential oils and extracts of citrus lemongrass and sweet, earthy sage. Not overbearing but just enough for you to receive the mood elevating benefits of aromatherapy.

Are Ferabotera products allergen free? 

Our organic fruit and seed oils are derived from tree nuts, coconut, herbs etc. If you have an allergy, please refer to our ingredient list for more information and patch test a small amount if necessary.

Are all of your products packaged in glass?

Yes, at the moment our products are stored in glass with plastic closures. Our frosted jars and bottles cannot be recycled but can be repurposed.

Do your products have expiration dates?

When stored properly, away in a cool, dry place our sea polish remains fresh for 6 months after opening and our serums last up to 12 months. Please discontinue use after this period of time.

Is Ferabotera vegan & cruelty-free?

All of our products are vegan and crafted in a plant-based facility with 100% natural/lab tested ingredients. Our products are never, and will never be, tested on animals.

I have EXTREMELY dry skin. Will this help?

Our self-care essentials are flowing with the the most rich and moisturizing oils and butters. Your skin is guaranteed to drink up the hydration for the softest and dewiest skin you've ever experienced!

Will this help get rid of the hyperpigmentation on my body?

EveryBODY is different. Consistency is KEY! Daily use of our natural body serum paired with our sea polish 3x a week is the path to a more even skin tone and texture throughout your body. Remember to give yourself grace from appearance and choose healthy skin first!

Why has the appearance of my sea polish changed?

If the texture of your Volcanic Sea Polish isn't what you expected, don't worry! Due to the nature of our organic formulas and the fact that all of our ingredients are natural, slight variations in textures or consistencies are completely normal. These usually occur due to temperature changes in transit and will never affect the efficacy or quality of your product. If your Sea Polish is firmer or softer than you'd like, simply place at room temperature, stir and apply as usual! If you live in warmer climates, we recommend storing your products in a cool dry place.

Is it safe to use your herbal blends while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We know that navigating self-care safety while pregnant or breastfeeding is challenging. Our purpose is to create safe natural products, however, please consult with your practitioner before applying any of our herbal blends.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on any unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Items must be returned in their original condition. For assistance with any opened product that has been tried or tested, please contact us at within 30 days with your feedback and we can facilitate a refund. You’ll receive a refund confirmation via email as soon as it’s processed. Please note it can take several days for the refund to be reflected on your account statement.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will ship Via FedEx ground or USPS priority.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of return/exchanges.

Can I exchange a product?

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return your unopened/unused products to us within 30 days from your ship date for a full refund if they aren’t perfect for your skin.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order via tracking or purchase number located in your account or confirmation email. If you can't find your package, be sure to check around your home and mailbox. Occasionally, packages are marked as 'Delivered' before they're actually dropped off. If your package does not turn up in 72 hours, please contact Customer Service via email at

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic ground shipping is under $12 and free with promotional codes or orders over $100.
